1. By participating as part of the ChapterVI rewards program, merchants acknowledge and agree that all customer data and information collected will be owned solely by ChapterVI Pte Ltd (C6). While respecting privacy and confidentiality, C6 may utilize the data to provide valuable insights and personalized experiences to enhance the customer’s overall program benefits.

2. Merchants agree to commit to being part of the ChapterVI rewards program for a minimum duration of one year. This ensures sufficient time for consumers and merchants to fully experience and enjoy the benefits of the program. The purpose of this commitment is to foster long-term engagement and loyalty between the Merchants and its customers.

3. As part of the rewards program, merchants agree to provide a minimum discount per visit to ChapterVI program members. Merchant also agrees to provide a minimum of one complimentary SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) or an equivalent e-voucher upon the completion of a certain number of stamp accumulation. This gesture of appreciation rewards the merchant’s customers and encourages ongoing engagement within the rewards program.

4. We reserve the rights to change our fees for Voucher sales at any time. This is because we are charging a small margin to provide this service to the merchant, and if the payment gateway fee increases due to sudden market conditions, we will need to increase the fee to ensure we are able to continue to provide this service to merchants.
