What is Chapter VI App and how does it work?
Chapter VI is Singapore’s first Meta-Stamping App. Shop at your favorite F&B and retail stores to earn exciting rewards from vouchers to discounts including digital collectibles.
How can I earn loyalty stamps using the app?
Scan the ChapterVI QR code at any of the supported merchant stores or open the Chapter VI app and search for the supported Merchant stamp card under e-Wallet – Stamps section.
You will have to purchase the stamp card of the merchant if you do not have one in your e-Wallet. Your first Stamp card is on us while subsequent purchase will be $2 each.
Select the merchant stamp card under e-Wallet – Stamps section and click on the use button. Present your device to the merchant for stamping to enjoy and earn
rewards.
Are there any sign-up or membership fees to use the app?
No, there are no membership or sign-up fees.
While your first stamp card for each merchants is free, there will be a $2 charge from the 2 nd stamp card onwards.
Can I use the app in any participating store or only specific ones?
You can use the app in any participating store with the ChapterVI QR code or simplify open and search for deals near you right at the landing page.
Can I transfer my loyalty stamps to another user or account?
No, stamps or rewards are not transferable to another user or account.
How do I redeem my voucher for rewards or discounts?
Open the ChapterVI app and go to the e-Wallet section. Click on Vouchers to see a list of available vouchers for redemption.
Are there any limitations on how many loyalty stamps I can earn in a given time period?
For each of the stamp cards there is an expiry date which you can see in the app. As long as the stamp card has not expired, you can continue to use it. However, in the event that you have reached the maximum number of stamps in each of the stamp cards, you will need to purchase a new stamp card to continue earning stamps.
How can I invite my favorite store to join the platform and offer loyalty stamps?

Can I combine loyalty stamps from different stores for larger rewards?
No, this is not supported currently.

Troubleshoot – What do I do when I e-stamp on the e-loyalty card but stamps are not reflected even after several attempts?
Kindly close the mobile app and restart
I am not receiving OTP, what should I do?
Sometimes the telco stations may have a delay resulting in SMS delivered late to user. Please wait at least 5 min, and if the OTP SMS is still not delivered, you will see a button to resend OTP again.
If you are still unable to receive OTP after a few tries, please check if you have blocked our SMS provider “72008” on your device.
Check your spam or blocked messages
- Look for the OTP/TAC in your spam messages folder
- Ensure the sender’s OTP/TAC short code is not blocked on your phone:
- For iPhone: Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Phone’ > ‘Blocked Contacts’ > Unblock the sender “72008” if listed.
- For Android: Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Messages’ > ‘Blocked Numbers’ > Unblock the sender “72008” if listed.
I am not receiving Email, what should I do?
Please wait at least 5 min, and if the OTP Email is still not delivered, you will see a button to resend OTP again.
